Euzumeh
Euzumeh (ah-zoo-meh), the Arabic word for “invitation,” is a casual pop-up created by Portland chef Tamara Hattar. Tamara grew up eating the food of her parents’ native Jordanian background. It was there she witnessed her Mom, Grandma, and Aunts create delicious and beautiful home cooked meals for the whole family to enjoy.



Javelina: Indigenous Dining
Javelina's focus is eating as Indigenous people would eat (no gluten, no dairy, no cane sugar), but also paying respect to the past, present and future of indigenous cuisine with fry bread, stews, soups and other foods that would often eaten on the reservations.


Mermosa Wines
We make Mermosa wines in the Van Duzer region, where maritime air currents from the Pacific Ocean shape flavor profiles. Our wines are sea-kissed by these air currents, making them The Official Wine of Boats, Brunch and Beaches.

Parra Wine Company
My Philosophy: Source grapes from sustainable farming practices plus a couple of organic vineyards. Minimal intervention in winemaking plus a few natural wines produced as well.

Stoney Wines is a boutique "online" winery producing premiere, luxurious, estate and single-acre wines. Grown and produced in Oregon's Willamette Valley, our award-winning offerings include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Gris, and Rosé of Pinot Noir (still and sparkling).
