Our core focus is centered around a diverse range of dishes, notably the cherished “Plate lunch” concept renowned in Hawaii– all executed with a meticulous emphasis on quality; a focus honed through decades of training in the culinary industry.

Our menus highlight homestyle local favorites—recipes passed down through generations, fine-tuned with a touch of our own. By celebrating the influences that make Hawaiian food so special, we hope to share a little taste of home while bringing something fresh to the Pacific Northwest.

Our food is rooted in what we grew up eating back home in Hawai‘i. So much of it carries family recipes, memories, and flavors that are full of nostalgia. These are the plates that bring home back to us—the ones we miss most—and they continue to inspire us. By weaving in ingredients rooted in Hawai‘i, we’re able to honor our heritage while sharing a little of who we are with every dish.

After 4 years of pop up’s & makeshift kitchens, we just opened our first brick-and-mortar location in March of 2025. Right now our biggest goal is simply getting the word out and inviting our community to continue showing up for us. The more visibility we have, the more we can keep doing what we love— serving the food that connects us all.
