Korean Fried Chicken and southern inspired Korean sides.

Frybaby, and my cuisine in general, reflects my personal interests in the food I enjoy. I am a big fan of comfort foods of all kinds.

My cuisine reflects my upbringing. My mother was very busy, and outside of Korean food we ate a lot of fast food.

I also try to make my food reflect the Korean-American Texan experience by combining Southern flavors with Korean cuisine.
