Ki'ikibáa severs authentic Yucatec Mayan cuisine spotlighting foods not found in typical Mexican establishments. We specialize in cooking comfort food for everyone to find and enjoy and create a nice space for family’s to visit and enjoy themselves.

Chef Manny started out as many aspiring chefs do, as a dishwasher in restaurants he wanted to work his way up in.

He began as a lower level position in the upscale Blue Hour, seeking every opportunity he could to work his way up and eventually landing Sous Chef.

He continued this for a while before seeking more independence as Chef at the Angels Food and Fun before again branching off for total creative freedom and control as Chef and Co-Owner at Ki’ikibáa with his wife and Co-Owner Suny Parra.
