Our menu reflects our heritage, an immigrant upbringing, and a lifetime steeped in a foreign land, all of which has undeniably shaped our identities. Through our food, we hope to share our Korean-American experience.

We use wood-fire cooking, whole-animal butchery, and sustainable practices. Enjoy our in-house butcher’s choice cuts of beef, pork, seafood and locally sourced vegetables.
